Our Kids Martial Arts and Fitness Camps are perfect for your Child!
Our camps offer a fun summer break for you and your child. Our expert team of instructors fills each hour of the camp with Martial Arts and Fitness in a non-competitive and nurturing environment.
It is important to continue fueling their minds and building a strong healthy body, while growing their imaginations and teaching them lifelong leadership skills.
During our one week camps your child will participate in a wide array of activities to keep them active and excited. These activities will include:
- Functional yet safe Martial arts such as Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Judo, and Wrestling that provide practical self defense skills that are fun to learn for all ages.
- Pushing, pulling, running, throwing, climbing, lifting and jumping effectively and safely; all which are functional and fun ways to stay fit and have a healthy active lifestyle.
- Essential Gymnastic moves like tumbling, rolling and handstands which build agility, coordination and balance.
- Arts and Crafts that nurture the imagination and artistic expression, while teaching them the cultural and historical aspect of the various martial arts disciplines.
